LuLu's Wow Sauce
This sauce originates from the ‘old’ LuLu’s out on the bayou. She was looking around in the kitchen for something to put on a fried green tomato and grouper sandwich. The main ingredients that ended up in this one are mayo, horseradish, creole mustard, and jalapeno. The first customer she served it to exclaimed ‘WOW’! The name has stuck around as long as the sauce. The original sandwich is still on the menu at LuLu’s.
